My personal Journey - "The truth is, no one else knows what it’s like to live in your body."

I was raised in a physically health-conscious family. My grandmother was diagnosed with MS at middle age, which shaped how my father was brought up, and how we lived: clean eating, time in the sun, lots of movement, and deep sleep. My body thrived. I had energy for days.

But as life hit — adolescence and a high-conflict divorce in my family — I fell into patterns that numbed: partying, drinking, smoking, overworking. Late office hours. Bartending on the side. Hormonal birth control layered over it all. My system was slowly burning out. And I began to notice… this wasn’t just my story.

It was the story of so many women:
Driven. Curious. Sensitive.
Slowly disconnecting from their bodies while trying to do it all.
What followed was inner resistance building up:

“I don’t want to feel depleted. I want to feel alive and full of energy.”

That led me back to what I had once dismissed: traditional health practices from my family, holistic nourishment, and new tools from the world of biohacking, longevity, and tracking. My natural curiosity lit up — so many great tools to explore and apply. At the same time, a lot of what I tried felt like just another layer — another wellness trend stacked on top.

“How do I know which tool actually makes a major difference for me?”

My final initiation came after removing my hormonal birth control (IUD) after 8 years, when my body went into chaos. My hormones, my energy, my digestion, my skin… everything felt unpredictable. I was already eating well, sleeping, tracking etc. — doing all the “right” things — and yet nothing seemed to move the needle. At some point, it became clear: This wasn’t about trying harder. It was about understanding how my body truly works — and what it actually needs from me.

That’s when I discovered advanced genomic testing — a deeper kind of insight. Real data on how my unique body processes nutrients, handles stress, detoxes, and regulates hormones.

It gave me clarity. Confidence. And most of all — self compassion.

I realized my body was simply misaligned.

This has been the work of step by step coming home — to my biology, my self-knowing, and a new definition of aligned vitality.

After training in functional genomics, nervous system regulation, and life design coaching, I built this practice to guide others through that same return. I work with women who want to feel clear, grounded, and powerful — not perfect.
